Charlotte Tilbury

During my time at DBLG, I was fortunate to work with a selection of their world-renowned clients. This example is from an engaging mixed reality campaign for Charlotte Tilbury, where I was encouraged to work collaboratively with other designers to ideate, conceptualise, and experiment with my own ideas to help answer the brief.

Brief

Brief

The brief was to design a mixed-reality concept that accentuates a series of select locations with an unreal glow, aiming to make viewers do a double-take on the social post to determine if it's real and to inspire them to visit the location for the event.

Concept

Concept

My idea was to hero the element of the journey to the location. I developed the concept of a 'Wizard of Oz' style 'Golden Brick Road,' as I believed it would be the perfect solution to this by guiding the viewer's attention whilst allowing for extra brand imagery and a structure that could be easily adapted across all of the locations.

My concept and initial developments were well-received by the creative directors at DBLG and were shortlisted for the client, who ultimately selected it as the key direction for the remainder of the project.
